1-Customer support:
Customer Relationship Executive give support to exiting & new customer via live chat, phone & email. So must having know languages English, Hindi & Odia.
2-CRM Management:
Must having knoledge in MS Windows , MS Office , Internet & Email skill
3-Analysis:
Customer Relationship Executive analyze records of customer inquiries, purchases, service requests and complaints to identify trends. They may invest in customer relationship management software that enables customer service teams to record and analyze customer behavior and identify trends. To maintain standards, executives use customer data to focus resources on improving performance.
