3. Authorized Person PAN
4. Authorization Letter on Letterhead: Download

Open DLT Registration (Select "New Registration")

After form submission...

1. Submit OTP received on mobile.
2. Click Verification link, will be get on email.
3. You will receive Approve/Reject via email.
4. Check application status: Here
5. Pay ₹5,900 via the email payment link after approval.

2: Header / Sender ID

1. Login DLT
2. Click on Header from the left menu
3. Then Click New Header
4. Choose header type: Other
5. Category: as per your business
6. Enter Header / Sender ID
7. Enter 6 Digit only alphabet like ABCSMS
8. Submit for Approval
9. Approval takes up to 4 hours.

Note: Additional documents may required if Entity Name and Sender ID differ.
To add Sender ID in RP SMS, email the following to [email protected]

1. RP SMS User ID
2. DLT Approved Sender ID
3. Entity Name
4. Entity ID

3: Template Registration Video Guide

1. Login DLT
2. Click on Template from the left menu
3. Click Add New Template
4. Enter template name (Only text)
5. Select communication type: SMS
6. Select content category (Transactional: Service implicit / Promotional: service explicit)
7. Brand or Entity Name is mandatory in the SMS template.
8. Paste template content and submit
9. Approval takes upto 1 day

After approval, add the same template in RP SMS Dashboard
